About Me

I am a neurodiverse dramatherapist trained in the Sesame Approach and a CAST clinical supervisor, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth). I have over a decade of working with children, young people, and their families.

Before becoming a dramatherapist, I worked as a drama facilitator in Shenzhen, China. I've always had a love for the creative and seen how impactful it can be for people's mental health and well-being. Since qualifying as a dramatherapist, I have worked within schools, pupil referral units, charities, the NHS, and in the community, working with children, young people and adults. I have experience in the following areas:

  • Neurodiversity

  • Relationships

  • Life Transitions

  • Self-Esteem

  • Grief, loss, or bereavement

  • Self-harm

  • Suicidal Ideation

  • PMLD & LD
