Dramatherapy
​Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses drama, theatre, and creative movement using both verbal and non-verbal communication. Individuals and groups are able to explore a wide variety of different issues and needs to support resilience and self-confidence. It provides a space for self-awareness that helps people take positive action towards personal growth and change.

Dramatherapy is client-led which aids to nurture, support and promote a stronger sense of self and autonomy.

Dramatherapy aids to take away the pressure from the individual who may struggle to express themselves verbally, by exploring such emotions obliquely. Individuals are able to explore their feelings both creatively and indirectly to enable them to understand issues in a less threatening and intrusive manner.
